We’re confident that our personalized study guides will enhance your group’s sermon discussions and Bible study experience. To demonstrate this confidence, we offer a First Study Satisfaction Guarantee.
First Study Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with the first study guide you generate with your Scripture Connect subscription, you’re eligible for a full refund of your subscription payment. Here’s how it works:
- Eligibility: This guarantee applies only to the very first study guide you generate with our platform.
- Request Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of generating your first study guide.
- How to Request: Email connect@scriptureconnect.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- Your account email address
- Date of first study guide creation
- Brief reason for dissatisfaction (to help us improve)
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Limitations
- Multiple Studies: Once you’ve generated more than one study guide, your subscription is no longer eligible for this satisfaction guarantee.
- Credit Usage: If you’ve used more than 1 credit from your subscription, you’re no longer eligible for a full refund.
- Subscription Terms: Standard subscription terms apply to all subsequent billing periods.
Other Subscription Management
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not generate a refund for the current billing period.
- Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Prorated adjustments will be applied to your account balance.
